Responsibilities:

  • In charge for general office duties including ordering stationery and supplies, welcoming guests, receiving deliveries and shipping small parcels
  • Coordinate with office suppliers: property management, service providers, cleaning staff, etc.
  • Taking care of equipment and inventories 
  • Address queries regarding office management issues
  • Close cooperation with our external Accounting regarding payments and travel arrangements and expenses
  • Support with on-boarding and off-boarding of employee
  • Collaborate with HR team on planning and organizing company events and meetings

Requirements:


  • Minimum IV degree of vocational education, preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of business correspondence in Serbian and English language
  • Knowledge of MS G Suite and office management software
  • Experience using JIRA, Trello, or other ticketing tools is a plus
  • Working from the office
  • Driving license
